Job Description

The Brooks Group Public Relations is looking to hire 2 Executives with 3-4 years experience.  One position will be working with the Food team and the other with the Beauty team.

We are a boutique fast paced NYC agency and our clients range from celebrity chefs and entrepreneurs to fashion and beauty experts/authors.

Here’s more info about the job.  Candidates must have:

• Solid print and broadcast contacts and experience
• Excellent writing and phone skills
• An understanding of social media
• A track record in leadership and ability to multi-task
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Responsibilities include:

• Daily pitching to a wide range of media  
• Working with the team to create and implement PR programs
• Conceptualizing and writing press materials and pitch letters
• Overseeing assistants and interns

Requirements:

BA and at least 3 years of solid PR experience.  We also need to see demonstrated results working with lifestyle clients from food to consumer products. Must be smart, fearless, energetic, have a strong work ethic and most importantly…no attitude.
